This is a series of four books for grades 4, 5, 6, and 7-8 that use the sense of wonder found in science fiction stories to instill a love of science and a love of reading.
The books are each approximately 96 pages long. Each book has five original science fiction stories, each written to a particular science topic relevant to elementary science curriculum, 3 illustrations per story; "Meet the Author" feature, "My Bookshelf" feature, describing author-recommended science fiction; "Do the Science" feature, providing experiments students can do to explore aspects of the science topic from each story on their own.
